Eduk Group, Inc. (Eduk) was initially organized in 2004 as the advisory entity for its member institutions. It is the combination of two established post-secondary educational institutions offering a diverse number of programs leading to a certificate, an associate degree or a bachelor’s degree. The two institutions are Instituto de Banca y Comercio (IBC) and National College of Business and Technology (National). During 2008 and 2009 Eduk acquired Ponce Paramedical College (POPAC) in Puerto Rico and Florida Technical College (FTC) in Florida. The combined experience of these institutions in the education field, their stability and evolution have led them to a combined annual enrollment of over 27,000 students,positioning EduK as the leader in career-focused education on the island.
