EduMiles

EduMiles is a young cohort of successful professionals, who have come together to empower students in North East India. This is a platform to mentor young minds and help them flourish in the competitive and dynamic sector of Education. While studying and working in India and abroad, we met talented youth from the North East who picked up easy jobs due to a lack of awareness. While the people of our land have enormous potential, they often need direction with respect to choosing the right career path. EduMiles is, therefore, guided by the intent to have encouraging and well-structured conversations with students in the North East. We hone their strengths, help identify their interests and discuss avenues that they could successfully pursue in life. Our vision is technically complemented with a primary analysis of students who undertake internationally standardised psychometric tests before the program commences, making our intervention completely objective. We leverage test results from this Career Assessment to offer personalised Career Planning and Counselling sessions to students and parents, facilitating a more informed choice of career pathway. With a core team from North East India, we are a group of passionate, competent and qualified individuals who aspire to create impact in this region through the education and exposure of young global citizens here.
