Usually people who have an advanced educational standing from the local rural villages have chances to get enlistment to advance in education and eventually have a career of sought rather than a person who has a grassroots standing.

By Enlisting rural communities with tools to eradicate poverty, our mission is to Educate, Enlist and Enable disadvantaged young women and men. People from disadvantaged backgrounds must be able to overcome poverty and fulfill their dream careers. In order to do so we focus on a Community Skills Development and Advancement Center offering skills training for youth like Fashion designing and cutting, woodwork, motor mechanics, computer training, Entrepreneurship training, Fish farming, with the room to expand, under verified courses rather than seasonal workshops or participatory certificates. We also focus on consistent community donations with sanitary towels, body lotions and school stationery for school children
We aim at not only producing skilled individuals from the communities, but we have the hope of seeing these talents on trade and providing livelihoods for families as well as seeing all young women and children’s needs meet halfway.
