‘Hriday Dil Se’ is a CAS Initiative conceptualized by Natania Bhatnagar of Pathways School Gurgain to help fulfill the needs of guards and didi’s of a
Residential society on Sohna Road Gurgaon.
Due to the pandemic, support staff faced challenges of delayed salaries
and reduced work opportunities. To support them and their families a collection drive was initiated. The activity was planned and executed in association with JLL Estate Management, Tata Primanti and Tata Housing team.

Dil Se’ which meant from our heart to their heart’. The initiative was kicked off by placing the collection boxes in every Tower’s Security Lobby and sensitizing the residents of the need to generously donate things that their children have
outgrown, old utensils from the kitchen, old toys, clothes, stationery or other things that they did not need any more. The material from the drop boxes was collected, sanitized and stored safely for the final donation every month.
This idea was then formulated on a large scale by formaly creating and registering Hriday Dil Se as a NGO partnering small medium and big NGO's for the onward distribution of the goods so collected.
The initiative is now succesfully running in 10 Resedential societies of Gurgaon and the Founder wants to replicatet that in London United Kingdom.
