Smith, III, a well renowned athlete, businessman and philanthropist heretofore, extended his talent and resources into the real estate development and construction industry. Co-Founder Eugene Walker, Jr. with over 30-years in the construction industry, is a well-respected and accomplished construction professional. As former Director of Austin Industries, he has spent his career constructing many noteworthy projects in the Dallas market. Successively establishing sound working relationships with many owners, developers, contractors, community leaders and public officials along the way. Both Emmitt and Eugene alike, strive to grow and create opportunities for other minority companies through strategic alliances, and take strides towards achieving that.
