We are a Disability Service Provider providing supports to individuals based in Fairfield East and covering communities across Sydney. We deliver supports using key practices and approaches including: Dignity Practices – giving you respect and supporting your capacity to make decisions. Person Centred respecting and recognising your individual qualities, values and beliefs. treating you with dignity understanding you, your experiences and goals, maintaining confidential and giving you responsibility to decide what you think is best for you. Using simple language that you can culturally understand when speaking to you. Strengths Based. Focusing on what you can do not what you can not do because of your disability. Understanding that you are the expert in your own life. Self determination to contribute to goal setting Be awareness of your strengths and working on building your strengths further. We advocate for all individuals and understand that finding the correct supports can be a challenge. Our mission is to provide ethical and professional services to individuals. We provide our staff with on-going training so our staff can understand you better and support you better. Our supports cover: -Specialist Support Coordination -Support Coordination -Exercise and Fitness Training -Laundry pick-up and drop off services -School Leavers Employment Supports (SLES) -Assist with life stage transition -Assist with household tasks -Assist with daily living -Community Participation -Transportation
