Ela Kimyevi Maddeler San. & Tic. A.Ş. with the front name; “Ela Kimya” established on June, 2010 to bring innovation to Turkish plasticizer industry. One of the companies in Turkey that have firstly achieved mass-production of DOTP (Dioctyl Terephthalate) which has not contain -ortho-phthalate in its chemical structure, discussed with its risks in terms of health. Afterwards company have expanded its product range with different types of plasticizers which have importance and high consumption amounts in plastic industries all over the world.
With more than 50 employees on 8.500 square meters area, Ela Kimya is operating its all manufacturing and marketing in Tuzla, Istanbul. Now, have an annual production capacity of 40.000 metric tonnes, also we are increasing the capacity by continuing investments in chemical industry. In 2016, R&D studies has been completed of the new product, “Saturated Polyester Resin” which is the main raw material of powder coating industry. In the first half of 2017, company succesfully has started its production and marketing operations.
Ela Kimya has certifications for produced DOTP (Dioctyl Terephthalate), DOA (Dioctyl Adipate) and TOTM (Trioctyl Trimellitate) by REACH (Registration, Evaluation, Authorization and Restriction of Chemicals) and also has certificate for DOA (Dioctyl Adipate) by NSF International. Company has also ISO 9001 Quality and ISO 14001 Environmental certificates, pays regard to high standards in production, respects mankind and environment. As a result of undertaking supply of well-known international companies in different continents, company has been taking a place in the top 10 of Turkey “organic chemicals” export since 2013.
