At Elaura, we have spent the past 20 years helping individuals and organisations to grow their understanding, using The Birkman Method (TBM).
Along the way, we have built some cool stuff - cloud-based platforms expresso (for medium and large organisations) and hoozyu (for educational institutions) - and we have extended the reach of TBM data using data analytics and visualisation, for the past decade using Tableau in particular. We have also developed a vast library of TBM-related content, which is available to help both clients and facilitators.
