Elevate Commercial is a socially responsible, full-service, vertically integrated commercial real estate firm that primarily acquires and managesManufactured Home Communities (MHCs). Since its inception in 2015, Elevate has acquired, partnered on, and/or consulted on over 1,500 MHC lots, 1,400 workforce housing multifamily units, and commercial properties totaling 200,000+ square feet. Total transaction capitalization to date is in excess of $200 million. Elevate was founded with the vision of enabling our residents via real estate investment opportunities that turn a profit for social good.
