Elite Pilates is Cork's premier Reformer and Barre Pilates brand with studios in Donnybrook, The Kingsley Hotel and Carrigtwohill. At Elite Pilates, our goal is to share our passion for Pilates by offering fun and effective small group workouts in our state-of-the-art studios and in your workspace. We truly believe that Pilates is for everyBODY! Regardless of age, gender, fitness level or body-type, from the athlete, the office worker, the injured, the strong, the flexible and inflexible, the dancer, the boxer, the expectant mother, the young, and the elderly, at Elite Pilates we strive to cater to the specific needs of each and every client. We also work with corporate clients who are passionate about creating happy, healthy and productive workspaces for their employees. Our corporate classes are specifically designed to meet the demands of office life with our instructors catering classes around your work schedule so that you can use your time more efficiently! We offer workshops including Postural Analysis, Ergonomics and Posture, as well as a range of classes including power pilates, flex & flow, barre and classical pilates. We are on a mission to bring wellness to your workspace, or if you prefer to workout outside of the office we offer excellent corporate rates in studio.
