Immobilien - Apartments - Co-Working The elron club concept focuses on bringing the maximum value to our tenants while securing the property owners a reliable and long term stable income. We aspire to transform the rental process to be more dynamic and uncomplicated. To do so, we rent out our Apartments fully furnished for medium to long term periods, while fully complying with the residental tenancy law. The application process is digital and partly automated and therefore a contract can be established within the same day. Whenever possible we create a Community- and Co-Working Lounge to provide a common space for relaxation, social interaction and homeoffice. In recent projects this space is also available to the tentants of the classic apartments within the same building. Commercial spaces which would otherwise be more challenging to rent out are therefore put to good use and are adding value to the whole project. We are looking for futher suitable locations to fulfill our growth strategy.
