ELS Services, LLC is a woman-owned, DBE professional consulting firm led by Construction Manager and Project Manager Shawn Catalano, Electrical Engineer. After 20+ years of in-house engineering and project management experience, Shawn serves her clients as a leadership professional with the ability to help the organization exceed corporate goals and honor long-term commitments made to customer’s, stockholders, and employees. She provides over 10 years of experience in developing and cultivating client relationships and over 15 years of project management and engineering experience. Shawn possesses both a strong technical background in electrical engineering and extensive experience in developing and negotiating contracts and integrating contract requirements with business operations. Shawn is result-driven and has excellent communication and persuasive skills with experience in developing and maintain good relationships with both existing and new clients.
