At elvates we believe in a gender diverse future! Men and women bring in different skillsets which are both essential in the workplace. While we already have many men in leadership positions, women however are still lacking behind. Our mission is to empower women to rise into the professional roles they want! "Go, get it" is an 8-weeks programme every ambitious woman should take! We equip women with skills in leadership development, assertive communication, negotiation, and visibility in the workplace. Our curriculum addresses the unique challenges women face, from overcoming gender bias to mastering work-life balance, and provides actionable steps to unlock each woman’s full potential. elvates stands for a combination of elevate and teammates. Our participants connect with peers (teammates) and collaborate in group tasks and reflection work. Our program is fully remote but we also offer individual face to face trainings.
