Hiring and Onboarding Services We go to work with you in implementing standardized hiring methods to ensure legal and ethical hiring, bearing in mind the importance of inclusion and diversity in the workplace. We find, engage, and activate passive candidates using recruitment methods such as Boolean, LinkedIn, and search techniques. We collaborate with hiring managers/HR department to improve hiring and onboarding processes and recruiting effectiveness. Always keeping up with OFCCP compliance, we offer onboarding training to further ensure ethical hiring. We prescreen candidates to determine alignment in correlation to the open positions. We support various hiring projects, pertaining to compensation and benefits as well as assistance with role leveling and mapping structuring. I also possess relative supporting systems and operational functions, such as uploading job postings and planning & programing hiring outreach campaigns. I have ample experience in hiring & onboarding consulting within corporate and start-up settings.
