Founded in 2012, our mission is to provide strategic consulting services that enhance emergency preparedness and response to natural and human-made disasters in communities. Our founder and Principal Consultant, David McCarthy, brings over three decades of extensive experience in coordinating, facilitating, and developing a wide range of emergency management exercises for both volunteer organizations and large healthcare systems. In 2023, Christopher McCarthy, our Director of Operations and Senior Consultant, joined the team to further support our mission and develop innovative solutions for our clients.
