David McCarthy is the Managing Partner of Emergency Preparedness Solutions LLC (EPS, Arizona). EPS provides strategic consulting services primarily for healthcare organizations to improve their emergency preparedness and response to natural and manmade emergencies in their communities. Working in healthcare and the emergency management field for more than 20 years; clients include hospitals, hospital systems. healthcare coalitions, schools, and churches. David was the Emergency Preparedness Coordinator for a multi-hospital system for seven years prior to forming EPS.
