We're The Empathy Project, a non-profit community mental health service providing open-ended, high-quality counselling and psychotherapy that is affordable and accessible to everyone.
Based in Southampton, UK, we offer both in-person and online counselling to anyone who needs it. We don't have a waiting list and we don't require referrals.
We're proud to be a Community Interest Company (Limited by Guarantee). We are bound by law to reinvest 100% of our profits into serving our community, which we do through our Community Fund. We use this to provide free or discounted therapy to people in financial distress.
All of our therapists are BACP Registered and are highly trained and experienced. We are committed to working with our clients and providing a safe, ethical and confidential space for them to talk and seek support.
