Empower Her Soft is a federally incorporated nonprofit dedicated to empowering women across Canada, regardless of race, age, or background; by equipping them with the soft skills, mentorship, and financial literacy they need to succeed in life, career, and leadership. We recognize that every woman’s journey is unique. Whether she is entering the workforce, returning after a break, changing careers, or simply seeking personal growth, our programs are designed to meet her where she is, with compassion, community, and practical tools that create real impact.
