Empower World is among the pioneers of the coaching profession in the Middle East based in Doha, Qatar and founded by Jeanine Bailey and Marie Quigley who are ICF (International Coach Federation) MCC (Master Certified Coach) coaches and trainers. Between them, they possess over 40 years of experience in training and coaching working with leaders in some of the world’s top organisations such as Siemens and Vodafone. They are passionate about supporting people, leaders, teams, organisations to unlock their potential as well as tap into and utilise their hearts and minds.
Since 2012, Empower World has been delivering executive coaching, ICF approved coach training and leadership programmes, coach mentoring programmes as well as facilitated individually tailored leadership programmes, workshops and training. The service offerings include coaching, emotional intelligence, leadership, teamwork, resilience, mindfulness, communication and so much more.
The co-founders are also regularly invited to speak at functions and events in the region, providing insights in inspiration on the skills of leadership, communication and self-mastery.
