• Coordinate with various teams nationwide via e-mails, & telephone calls• Coordinate with IT team in keeping a strong check on CRM to make sure of its proper functionality• Keep shift wise record of the failed commands data and send detailed report to the line manager• Extract switch related failed commands which occur in the CRM i.e. Epoint and Siebel using various tools and techniques• Find the cause of the failures and fix them accordingly• Design process of fixing failures and keeping constant follow up with concerned teams for resolution on permanent basis. • Execute the required failed commands manually on switch and complete their status in CRM as well• Execute all types of switch commands sent directly by various channels nation wide • Reconcile failed commands on weekly and monthly basis• Coach and train new team members• Reconcile complete executions record for the identification of wrongly executed commands, executions performed against company policies and fraudulent activities.• Keep adherence record of the shift members
