My expertise enables me to support and guide board members, ensuring they are well-equipped to fulfill their roles. I have 20 years of experience working with local, regional, and national nonprofits in the Greater DC Area, managing organization-wide projects, collaborating with executive leadership and creating cross-departmental teams. I enjoy building relationships and understand how to align a team when each area has its own priorities and timelines.
