We're here to support individuals, youth (15+), couples and communities with a range of needs-from managing stress and relationships, to trauma and grief, and even assessments and diagnosis. At Empowered Wellness & Solutions, our approach to mental health is based on compassionate, evidence-based strategies to support and guide you in reaching your goals. Helping you reach the best version of yourself is our personal passion and vision. We have offices located in Calgary and Canmore that provide in-person services and online services to all residents of Alberta. Our psychologists also provide assessments and scientifically supported treatments to adult clients.
