Years of solo travel, multiple life transitions, and mental health challenges inspired us to attempt to help other women free themselves from burnout and realise their full potential....without sacrificing their well-being. And all of this is done through something we are good at: solo travel and sabbaticals. empowered.travel is a 4-stage DIY sabbatical program (guidebook & optional 1:1 coaching) for solo female travelers looking for an empowering, life-changing experience with long-term results. This innovative sabbatical framework has been inspired by Morita therapy, Ikigai, Regenerative approach, The Hero's Journey, and our extensive solo travel acumen. It encourages a traveller to travel deeper, slower, and more sustainably. It is a journey guided by deep rest, purpose exploration, constructive action and sustainable integration.
