Are people born with natural leadership qualities or the traits can be learnt? We often read about leadership qualities, the must 'have' attribute, how to influence and make an impact to the community, secretly envying those who have them. Admiring from far, if only we were naturally gifted with them instead. The secret to leadership is that you can lead only as far as you grow, and you will grow only as far as you allow yourself. Trapped in every follower, is a ‘hidden’ leader, pending to be discovered and unleashed. True leadership focuses in building other leaders and it starts with planting the seed, and the seed is YOU.
