EMS Administrators’ Association of California (EMSAAC) was formed in 1992 to act in an advisory capacity to the California EMS Authority and the State Commission on EMS. EMSAAC comprises the directors of all 34 LEMSAs in the state and represents all 58 counties. Our mission is to establish goals, priorities, standards, and quality assurance for Emergency Medical Services Systems.
