eNalanda is a pioneering initiative dedicated to empowering underprivileged school students by nurturing their interest in science and innovation. Inspired by the Atal Innovation Mission (AIM)—the Government of India’s flagship program to promote a culture of innovation and entrepreneurship—eNalanda aims to bring transformative educational opportunities to underserved communities. Atal Innovation Mission’s Atal Tinkering Labs (ATL) have set a benchmark in fostering curiosity and creativity. These specialized spaces in schools encourage students from Grade 6 onwards to explore tools and technologies like robotics, miniaturized electronics, and DIY kits, cultivating a problem-solving mindset not just in children but in their surrounding communities. Our mission at eNalanda is to bring the vision of innovation to underserved schools, enabling them to adopt Atal Tinkering Labs or similar creative learning spaces. We are dedicated to promoting the importance of nurturing curiosity, creativity, and imagination in young minds while tackling one of education's most pressing challenges—making learning meaningful, engaging, and accessible for underprivileged students.
