Founded in 2013 with the first The Buffalo Spot location in Long Beach, CA, founder Ivan Flores kept up with the demand for his World-Famous Buffalo Fries opening more locations in Los Angeles and San Diego in 2014 and beyond.
With a desire to bring the authentic flavors of his childhood in Tijuana, Mexico to the US, Ivan opened his first Blue Burro restaurant in Long Beach, CA in 2019. He paired fresh flavors of authentic Tijuana burritos with an American favorite, hand crafted milkshakes. With it’s fresh authentic flavors, Blue Burro expanded to include locations across Southern California and Arizona.
To continue bringing the flavors of Tijuana to the US, Ivan added Tacomasa to the Encinal Brands family. Bringing tacos, mulitas and quesadillas made with homemade tortillas and the freshest ingredients, Tacomasa’s flavors will transport you to Tijuana without the passport!
