Engineers without borders Luxembourg

Engineers without borders (EWB) Luxembourg is a non-profit organisation founded in 2013 by a group of doctoral students at the University of Luxembourg. Its main aim is to use its know-how to help the most disadvantaged, and to meet the needs of underprivileged communities around the world by proposing appropriate, sustainable and innovative technical solutions. Thanks to its volunteer staff and its proximity to researchers and university research laboratories, the NGO is strong in its various fields of intervention: mega-energy engineering; mechatronics engineering; IT engineering; environmental engineering; civil engineering, etc. The NGO provides technical assistance to non-governmental social entities working to improve the living conditions of the global community. Engineers without borders (EWB) Luxembourg ou Ingénieur sans frontière Luxembourg est une organisation à but non lucratif crée en 2013, par un groupe d’étudiants doctorants à l’université du Luxembourg. Son but, est principalement de mettre à profit son savoir-faire en venant en aide aux plus démunis, et de répondre aux besoins de communautés défavorisés autour du globe, en proposant des solutions techniques, durables et innovantes adaptés. Forte, grâce à ses collaborateurs bénévoles et sa proximité aux chercheurs et laboratoires de recherche universitaire, de par ses différents domaines d’interventions :Ingénierie Méca-énergétique; Ingénierie Mécatronique; Ingénierie Informatique; Ingénierie environnemental; Ingénierie civil...etc. L'ONG apporte son assistance techniques aux entités sociales non gouvernementales oeuvrants pour l'amélioration des conditions de vie de la communauté mondial.
