Our virtual companion, “Kiera”, is powered by generative artificial intelligence (AI), and can be presented using a virtual reality (VR) headset. Kiera asks the user questions intended to inspire conversation and reminiscence. Conversations with a compassionate virtual companion can improve the quality of life of seniors and people living with cognitive impairment, who may be lonely and long for someone to tell their stories to.
