In addition, we carry out the preparatory work for personnel-related matters that come before the Federal Council, and cultivate contacts with employee associations. Another one of our most important tasks is basic training and continuing professional development for employees, managers and HR specialists throughout the Federal Administration; networking and knowledge transfer are just as important. We offer young people apprenticeships in various occupations and exciting university internships.
