Equity Warrior Strategies LLC is a consulting company focused on creating change in the nonprofit and social impact sector. We create change through three service areas: 1. Change Leadership: Providing coaching, education, and leadership development programming to leaders looking to make changes in the sector. 2. Community Engagement: Strategizing with organizations on how they can inclusively engage their communities (supporters, recipients, and staff) leading to positive organizational outcomes 3. Championing Equity: Motivating individuals and organizations to advance equity through training, coaching, assessment, and strategic planning. We are led by Owner & Chief Strategist, Jonathan Meagher-Zayas, MSW, MPA, CFRE, CDP, a Queer Latinx Millennial nonprofit strategist dedicated to addressing equity issues, building capacity, engaging the community, motivating new impact leaders, and getting stuff done. We promise to partner with you to identify needs, brainstorm solutions, and design strategies to achieve the best ways you can advance equity and be a warrior against oppression on personal, organizational, and societal levels.
