I am a Queer Latinx Millennial nonprofit leadership strategist dedicated to advancing equity, building capacity, motivating impact leaders, and getting stuff done. I wear many professional hats, including Nonprofit Capacity Building & Community Engagement Strategist, Adjunct Social Work Professor, Diversity Equity & Inclusion Consultant, Leadership Development Trainer, Award-Winning Fundraiser/Resource Mobilizer, Social Sector Coach, and Social Justice Champion. I am proud to be a Global Trainer and Educator. I have educated and trained hundreds of leaders all over the globe through training workshops, educational events, conference presentations, and online webinars. I have extensive experience managing leadership development programs and advancing diversity, inclusion, and equity initiatives. One of my most notable achievements is the creation of the Emerging Nonprofit Leadership Accelerator program, a program to attract rising leaders working at New York Capital Region nonprofits and provide the resources, support, and networks to succeed and stay in the sector. Recently, I partnered with The National Leadership Consortium on Developmental Disabilities to design the Accelerator for Championing of Equity (ACE), an educational coaching cohort program focused on activating DEI change-making skills for participants. A fundraiser and community engagement strategist for over 13 years, I have helped local organizations raise over $14 million through major gifts, corporate relations, special events, foundation and government grants, and annual giving initiatives. I also have experience with community engagement and communications by managing and enhancing social media, digital communications, newsletters, public relations, and marketing campaigns for various nonprofit organizations. Lastly, I am a Coach and Consultant and have worked with dozens of nonprofit leaders.
