Economic Security Center of Dubai

Economic Security Center of Dubai was established according to Law no. (4) for the year 2016 to augment the legislations of economic security, and to counters corruption and economic crimes. The law decrees the ESCD as an independent public entity, with appropriate jurisdiction that enables it to execute its mission in collaboration with other relevant entities. the Executive Director of ESCD, and legal representative, is appointed by the Head of Dubai’s Executive Council. ESCD will retain a staff of technical experts and specialists in required fields and will have the authority to engage external expert services as deemed necessary.
