Our family-run consultancy is a company that aims to deliver a quality tailored service to you and your business needs. The vision was to set-up a consultancy-based company that could offer to help, advise and support to find solutions to the problem’s companies encounter that Arlene has had experience with over her career. During her 25-year career to date, Arlene has worked for some large companies but notably the last 16 years have been spent with two of the UKs biggest recruitment organisations where she held roles in the senior leadership teams of IT and Finance. Throughout her time with them, she focused her attentions on Process Improvement, System Integration, Software Implementation, Strategic Planning, Credit Management and Change Management Her professional qualifications include Managing Successful Programmes (MSP), Prince2, Lean Six Sigma & Chartered Institute of Credit Management (CICM).
