Our multidisciplinary and multilingual team works actively with governments, public authorities, civil society organisations and companies to promote and ensure responsible business practices. We cover all aspects, such as working conditions, gender equality, business and human rights, and sourcing. These are some of the services we provide: ✓ Sustainability management We help all kinds of organisations to develop and implement strategies and policies related to sustainable business. Our approach is robust and in touch with reality. ✓ Interim programme management We cover the work of programme managers, research managers and experts away on maternity / parental leave, sabbatical, sick leave etc. In addition to programme management services, we provide interim representation on committees, steering groups, task forces and diplomatic delegations. ✓ Research and policy advice Civil society organisations, government bodies and companies commission us to do research on sustainability issues and solutions in different sectors. We specialise in value chain analysis, sustainability standards development, gender equality and social impact assessments. ✓ Courses and training We train and lecture at universities, business schools and research institutes. Our modules focus on social and environmental standards, value chains, supply chain responsibility, gender equality, inclusive business, stakeholder engagement and corporate lobbying. ✓ Conference and meeting facilitation We facilitate and chair meetings, workshops and conferences. Our facilitation work is all about close listening, focused conversations, creative ideas, simplicity and thoughtful decision-making.
