Ethics Co. is a company that does overall assessments on entities everything from leadership processes policies frameworks exit interviews trying terminations fairness remuneration structures and so forth we are a company that that investigates a holistically any organization from the top down the essence of what we do is to get to the ideal which is ethical dealings in every level of operation. One of the ways in which we can effectively combat corruption bribery all of the things that have become a norm in our nation is by going a level above systems procedures and frameworks that are designed to root out unjust behavior we have to start looking into educating people on the heart of doing what is right. Hello we have known what it is to be in he corrupt governance under corrupt governance we have known what it is to bear under leadership that puts its people last and we cannot depend on our ability to forge systems that can root out certain ill behaviors. One of the conferences I went to in 2022 highlighted the fact that money laundering and terrorist financing is still at that point where it's a contributing 3.1 trillion dollars into illicit activity and illicit behaviour from criminal from criminals and it just got me thinking that inasmuch as all of these frameworks have been instituted and financial institutions but when you are dealing with people that don't have the heart to do what is right they will deliberately bypass the systems to get to a place where they effectively do with the corrupt deeds that we trying to run away from by instituting these standards and thus ethics code.
