EthioAfric Raising Consulting (EARCF) is a purpose-driven consulting firm committed to RAISING local potential, voices, and leadership across Ethiopia and the Horn of Africa. We exist to raise impact, equity, and resilience by delivering transformative, context-responsive, and evidence-based solutions. We work in partnership with civil society, businesses, government institutions, and development actors to spark systemic change in areas such as governance, peacebuilding, gender equality, youth empowerment, livelihoods, and inclusive development. Our wide range of services—including research and evaluation, business development, organizational setup, investment advisory, capacity building, mentoring, and event facilitation—is tailored to meet the evolving needs of communities and institutions.
