EuroStep Ventures (ESV) is unlocking the future of sports fandom by reimagining the intersection of sports, media, data and fan engagement through European basketball. In September 2024, ESV acquired a super-majority ownership stake in METROPOLITANS BASKETBALL CLUB, a professional metro-Paris basketball club and storied brand that: • is one of the most historically significant clubs in France, tracing its roots back to 1922 as among the first solely dedicated to basketball; • became the first and only basketball club under the Paris Saint-Germain umbrella amidst the 1992 Olympics (debut of USA's Dream Team); • includes French NBA superstars Tony Parker (via Paris Basket Racing) and Victor Wembanyama (via METS92) among its franchise lineage. Through its ownership, EuroStep Ventures has cultivated a unique public-private collaboration with the municipality of Levallois-Perret, home to the Levallois Sporting Club (LSC) - France's largest omni-sports institution.
