Vision: Evergreen Recovery Centers will transform treatment for persons with substance use disorders and their families, promoting whole person care, healthy parenting and early childhood experiences, low barrier access to primary health care, and ongoing innovation and quality improvement.
Values: Removing stigma and shame associated with addiction and mental illness will improve equitable access to all forms of health care. To this end, we will operate our programs and workplaces with accountability, honesty, and transparency. We will support the culture, values, and languages of each individual, being responsible to all individuals, regardless of race, ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation, gender or gender identity or expression, disability, economic status, culture, or other differences.
