EWS 2.2 Early Warning System - Das EWS 2.2 ist ein Assistenz-System zur Echtzeit-Verschleiß-Indikation der Feuerfestauskleidung von Induktionstiegelöfen.
EWS ist hierbei ein neuartiges und kostengünstiges Überwachungstool für den Ofenbetreiber sowie für den Ofenbediener, um die Feuerfestauskleidung sicher und kontrolliert mit optimierter Standzeit betreiben zu können.
Das EWS 2.2 dient zur Überwachung von metallischen Infiltrationen zwischen der Verschleißfutterzustellung und dem keramischen Spulenputz bzw. Sicherheitsfutter, welches auf dem wassergekühlten Spulenkörper der Induktionstiegelofenanlage aufgebracht ist.
