De Exchange Company is sinds 1992 actief op de Private Equity markt. Tijdens de start was de focus primair op telecom investeringen. Vanaf 2000 is de focus verder verlegd naar Technology en deregulering met onder andere buy-outs van Philips Satellite Systems en Sandd (Post). Middels duidelijke investeringsplannen spelen wij in op voor ons aantrekkelijke groeimarkten, mede daarom is er vanaf 2010 een verdere driedeling gekomen in Technology / ICT, Healthcare en E-Learning. Het betrokken team streeft naar een open en professionele relatie met de management teams, met als doelstelling om een verdere optimale ontwikkeling te realiseren.
