Executive Development Institute (EDI) is a Pacific Northwest non-profit organization with a proven approach in developing dynamic and culturally insightful leaders. Partnering with over 50 Northwest corporations, EDI offers two distinct leadership development programs for multi-ethnic professionals: Leadership Discovery and Leadership Navigation. Today, over 1,000 alumni are contributing in leadership positions throughout the Pacific Northwest.
LEADERSHIP DISCOVERY
This program is well-suited for the individual contributor committed to expanding and escalating their career. Participants focus on self-discovery, cultural awareness, effective communication and leadership education.
LEADERSHIP NAVIGATION
This program highlights the “hows” of leadership, designed for mid to senior-level professionals.
Participants focus on the critical competencies for all executive leaders, examine how best to integrate their unique perspectives and cultural insights into an effective and authentic leadership style, and receive professional coaching which deepens application and reinforces learning.
