Philosophy Disease, an isolated dissection from symmetry within the body at its most acute state, can be reversed and cured over time with the integration of specific movement patterns. Our Misson At EPG, we are committed to educating the fitness and medical communities about prescribing exercise and improving people’s health by restoring function. Our Vision Picture a health system where people are prescribed movements/exercises that reverse their disease and dysfunction—leading individuals to become the thriving, vital beings with the functional bodies that they were intended to have. It’s happening here at EPG Great Barrington, and though our partners around the country. We envision a health system where exercise prescription becomes a standard method of treatment for illness and physical dysfunction. Our Approach The EPG Screen is the basis of our work. We guide individuals through three essential movements which allow us to understand where blood flow and oxygen are being impeded. After these movements are analyzed, the individual is given an exercise prescription to reintroduce dissected patterns and restore function and vitality. Great Barrington Location We call our Great Barrington headquarters our lab. It is comprised of 1000 square feet where people can be seen, be heard, feel, play, and be prescribed—on the spot—with movements that will change their energy, blood flow, patterns and life—restoring their function. Our lab is also the home base for our educational programs and partnerships with forward-thinking fitness facilities, organizations and medical professionals who want to offer the full-spectrum of health, prevention and recovery.
