Project Transform Gyms

“We don’t just transform bodies, we transform human lives” Project Transform’s goal is to have health clubs in Seattle which employ the homeless. We will team with other organizations that currently work in the process of rehabilitation. We will strive to be a sustainable business that empowers people to better their life by gaining skills to improve their employability and eventually set them on a course to a career path of their choice. Our objectives include employing 10-15 people per location, 75% if which will have been homeless or in a shelter at some point in the previous 5 years. We will have 20 locations by 2028 with 100% customer satisfaction in service, facilities, and price. What sets us apart are two basic principles: Supplying a place to congregate, work out, and better their clients lives with training, yoga, overall health and nutrition. Secondly, what we are about is not just transforming the lives of our members, it’s about transforming the lives of our employees from homelessness to a level that they never thought possible. This is transformation on a human to human level. Something that takes us down to the core of our being human. Employees will continue with their ongoing programs that they are involved in. There will be weekly and monthly trainings, and the opportunity to go beyond. Project Transform will contribute a minimum of $2000 for each employee to participate in a transformational program. We will market to almost 4 million people in the Seattle area.
