FCH is a midsized, multifaceted litigation law firm with its principal office in New York City and a satellite office in Connecticut. Our construction litigation practice is the cornerstone of the firm and involves the representation of owners, developers, general contractors, construction managers, subcontractors and municipal entities in connection with the defense of property damage and bodily injury cases, insurance coverage disputes and contractual claims. The firm also handles the defense of premises liability, products liability, commercial transportation liability and professional liability claims.
What makes our firm different from the rest is our “big picture” approach to the defense of our clients. In many cases, we handle all of their local claims and are therefore familiar with their business model and practices, their projects, their field and office personnel, their records and record keeping practices, and where applicable, their subcontractors.
