FACTOR at Lancaster

FACTOR represents a collection of academic staff at Lancaster University with specialisms in forensic linguistics, forensic speech science, data protection, regulatory issues, data anonymisation, speech technologies, AI-generated language, quantitative methods, and more. FACTOR members actively seek to apply their expertise to forensic, intelligence and security contexts. To do this, they hold strong partnerships and connections with industry, the public sector and Lancaster University's new Data Cyber Quarter.
