Facts First provides objective and practical investigations (Title IX), adjudications, and mediations for complaints of discrimination and harassment. We follow the facts wherever they lead us. Facts First Group was founded by two lawyers with more than 45 years of combined experience in big law, administrative agency adjudication, mediation, and education/human resources compliance. We understand that facts must lead the way. Our services are rooted in a deep respect for participants and trauma-informed strategies. We provide a safe space for unbiased, equitable, and reliable factfinding and reporting. We recognize the importance of prompt dispute resolution. We facilitate mediations and the informal process for K-12 and higher educational institutions by creating a forum where all participants are heard.
