Fairview Partners is an independent investment banking firm based in South Africa focusing on mergers and acquisitions advisory. Our firm advises on sell-side, buy-side, and restructuring transactions for financial sponsors and corporate clients. We also selectively co-invest our own capital alongside that of our clients in buy-side transactions through our investment arm Fairview Principal Investments (“FPI”). Our principal investments activities are subject to a strict conflict management framework and are generally limited to transactions advised on and/or originated by Fairview Partners to ensure full alignment of interest with our clients.
