Nishati Partners is an investment vehicle with a number of investments in early stage renewable energy projects located in Southern Africa. Nishati Partners is managed by Tamela Holdings and TSC Capital and we have partnered with leaders that have been involved in REIPPPP since the beginning as shareholders, developers and equity funders. All our projects are majority black owned and managed entities and well positioned to take advantage of the renewable energy opportunities in terms of accessing and engaging with the local utility Eskom, Department of Mineral Resources and Energy and the Department of Environmental Affairs. The broader team has the necessary knowledge, skills and experience in the renewable energy sector in Southern Africa. As a developer with tangible value add, lean structure and complimentary traits for major Independent Power Producers and large energy users.
