The Food and Nutrition Community at Hawassa University College of Agriculture. We are the staff, students and management of the School of Nutrition, Food Science and Technology (SNFST). F&NeN is our relaxed bi-monthly Newsletter run by the staff and students on a voluntary basis.
As an academic unit, SNFST is operating BSc. MSc. and PhD training programs in both Human Nutrition and Food Science and Technology streams. There are two BSc. programs which are Human Nutrition (HuNu) and Food Science and Postharvest Technology (FSPT). There are 3 Masters level degree training programs: Applied Human Nutrition (since 2007); Food Science and Technology (since 2011) and Food Safety and Quality Management (FSQM, since 2019) at SNFST.
